Creating the true/false exercise
To create true/false excercise:
1 In the Objects Panel select Exercises tab.
2 This will expand the panel. Choose the True/false to make one test question.
3 It will create one empty answers field.
4 ATTENTION! This template is only used to entering answers. To create question you must use the text field (from Insert text field option).
5 Let’s specify the answers. Click the white button in the middle of the answers field, then enter your answers. Now, you can edit basic “True” and “False” buttons. If you need more answers, for example “I don’t know”, just click on the +add more answers button. You must also define good and wrong answers by selecting or deselecting boxes assigned to the answers.
6 You can move the answers around the field space by clicking black shift tab. You can also delete answers with red X.
7 Now let’s get to Mark answers and Turn on feedbacks options. These options are selected by default but you can deselect them at any time.
8 If you selected Mark answers option, then in the Preview mode, after providing a correct or invalid answer, they will be adequately clasificated.
ATTENTION! Remember to set the number of attempts in Scores tab to at least one. In other case you won’t be able in the Preview mode to select wrong answer!
9 If you selected the Turn on feedback option, you can enter the message that will be displayed after giving correct or invalid answer. You can check the effect of this action in the Preview mode.
ATTENTION! Remember to set the number of attempts in Scores tab to at least one. In other case you won’t be able in the Preview mode to select wrong answer!
10 ATTENTION: Remember that you can use the Mark answers and Turn on feedback options at the same moment.
11 You can also use the premade list of styles to customize your answers field appearance.
A lot of templates are located in the Premade styles tab.
12 The next functionality is configuration of the test scores. To do that, go to the Scores tab. When determining the test scores, you can decide the number of points that are required to pass. You can also determine if your test requires passing and how many points you can gain or loose by taking it. The Attempts field detemines, how many times you can try to pass the test - zero value means that there is no limit on the number of approaches.
13 And that’s all! Congratulations! You have mastered creating the true/false excercises!
