Publishing created project
In order to publish a project:
1 Being in the project, click on the Publish on Internet icon located on the Top panel. You can also click the Preview mode icon located in the top right part of the screen, and when a project preview will pop up you can click on Publish button.
2 The Publish panel will open. It is divided into several sections. First of them is Name and description which allows you to enter project name (mandatory) and its description (optional).
3 Second section is called Requirements for the passing. First, you can define if you wish to require pages view. Second, if you want to count points users gets by doing exercises in your published project, you MUST select require points option.
Now, if you selected require points option, you must select how many of them is required for passing. Then you can also define maximum number of points. If you will select auto-calculated box, program will count it automaticaly (then maximum number of points field will be gray and impossible to edit). You can also enter maximum number of points manualy if you need to do so.
4 The last section, Project icon, allows you to select icon which will be assigned to the project and displayed on your User portal. You can browse hard disk to find one or you can use page thumbnail to be an icon.
5 Now you can click on Publish as new button. It is located on the bottom of the panel.
6 You will be automatically moved to Projects list tab and your new project will be added as a last one on the list.
7 Let’s look at the options list which is located on the right side of each project. In first “post” are 3 buttons. With first you will publish your project on the Facebook. Remember that you can write something about your project and select if it is public or private one post. Second button allows you to open Mailing panel - it was the subject of the Using LMS section. Third button allows you to open project in new browser window.
8 In the second “options post” are located: show/hide project in your User panel; publication options (zoom, sharing, full screen, reset user progress); links to your publication and possibility to share your project on: Facebook, Google+ and Twitter; delete your project.
9 Remember that when you hover around name or description of the project you can click on those fields with left mouse button and modify its contents.
10 You can also adjust location of the project by “grabbing it” with left mouse button and moving to any position on the list.
11 Last one, but very important option, is possibility to overwrite projectin case of its publication. After selecting that option Overwrite panel will appear on the screen. You can choose in it project version you want to overwrite. In our example there are two project versions and you can select which one you want to overwrite.
ATTENTION! In this panel there are always displayed only versions related to a basic project!
