1 Enter the Admin panel. You can do it from the Main Screen or from the Project Screen.
2 Let’s start with adding new users to the mailing list.
3 Mailing list is empty by default. Click on green Add button on top of the screen to change that situation.
4 Add new accounts panel will appear on the screen. Enter the name, surname and e-mail adress of person you want to add.Then click OK button.
5 A new account will appear on your Add new accounts panel list. To add it to your mailing list select Add listed accounts button. Of course you can add more than one person before you will select that button. You can also make your life a little more easier and import CSV contact list.
6 Now, in the Users (mailing) you may see all users that are added to your projects.
7 Before we will go to sendind out mailings let’s examine option to divide users into mailing groups. It is handy when you want to keep order when you have a lot of users added. Click on Groups (mailing) category.
8 Right now the list is empty but we will change it very quickly. Click on Add button, enter the name of your group and choose Add group option.
9 Your group was created, so assign some users to it.
10 Assign users to group panel is very easy to use. First select users from the users list you wish to add to the group by clicking on them. Then select Assign selected users to group button. Users you selected will be added to your group.
11 Now in Groups (mailing) tab you can see, how many users is assigned to your group.
12 Now we can examine how the main option - sending mailing - works. Let’s enter Publications tab, select project you want and then click orange Mailing button. It is located in the top section of the screen.
13 In that manner you will enter Sending mailing panel. First assign selected users to mailing. You can add users one by one or you can add whole, created before, group. Users you add comes from your mailing and LMS lists.
14 Selected users was added to your mailing list.
15 Now the mail. First enter its title and the letter, and then click Send messages button. Beware not to delete blue Open button because thanks to it user will enter your project!
16 Mail the user will get looks like this. After clicking Open button, project will automatically open in the new browser tab.
17 Then Darkan will start to gather statistics for active contacts from your mailing list.
